Our Story

Carole Laugier, the founder of Eudaimonia, developed the concept through experience and a deep understanding of how wellness and creativity are deeply intertwined. She was a creative director and partner at a top branding consultancy in London for over 15 years, but when life took her to Dubai, she began to question what happiness meant to her. After receiving certification for Stråla Yoga/Tai Chi and several mind-body courses, her studies led her back home to Greece. Experiencing the beauty of not only the mainland but also the Greek Islands was a revelation and affirmation of what mattered most to her: a life that is truly well-lived through experiences, connection, and consciousness.

 

Eudaimonia is the culmination of years of research into well-being, spiritual awareness, and creative development that coalesced perfectly on the island of Sifnos.
